CDHCI (Client Directed Home Care Invoicing) is an Alberta Health Services program that allows eligible individuals to choose a private home care provider instead of being assigned one through the public system. CuraVita is a CDHCI-approved provider, meaning we can bill AHS directly for eligible clients.
If you qualify for the CDHCI program through Alberta Health Services, the cost of your approved home care hours is covered by AHS. CuraVita directly invoices Alberta Health Services, meaning eligible clients typically pay $0 out of pocket.
Eligibility is determined by your Alberta Health Services (AHS) Case Manager. If you already have an AHS case manager, you can request CuraVita as your preferred provider. If you are unsure about eligibility, our team can help guide you through the process.

I hired CuraVita to take care of my Parents. They are amazing staffs, can speak Punjabi, Hindi and English very well. They come and provide help with ADLs, showers, Care, Exercises etc. Very experienced to provide Nursing Care and services. If I call and request for 1-2 hour late or early visit, they can arrange to send staff at needed time. I am very satisfied that my parents are taken care in good and caring hands.
